The Continuous Performance Of Your Workforce Requires Digital Adoption Assistance
How we help Chief Learning Officer’s and their teams:
With the explosion of remote workers, Opus can enable the digital workforce to effectively execute key processes in your critical applications, with nominal effort as compared to any other approach to user support and training.
To drive your digital adoption and performance, Opus delivers user-relevant and task-relevant guidance and support to your workforce as they are in the applications they use ... at their moment of need and without leaving their workflow.
Opus allows you to eliminate costly, disruptive and ineffective application training and replace it with targeted micro-learning at the point of work.
Opus can scale to the size of your organization’s need - from a single application and 50 tasks to scores of applications and thousands of tasks, and Opus can deliver in-application guidance to a workforce of any size.
Use Case: Forest Products
A forest products customer standardized on a single instance of JD Edwards for it’s 14 divisions in different countries and languages. The Learning & Development group had used Opus for their HCM rollout and realized the documentation velocity of Opus was the only way they could document the 400+ processes in the time available.
Conversion to local languages was automatic. Opus became the primary method of training, eliminating over $3MM in training cost for their 1,700 users.
Opus enabled my team to support a global rollout in a manner we’ve never accomplished in the past. In addition to the savings, the survey response from our plant managers and their teams was the highest we’ve received.”
Use Case: Electrical Supply
An electrical supply customer decided to do a major optimization of SAP, their first in almost 10 years, impacting 12,000 users. The systems integrator was facing severe timeline compression in final preparation for go-live.
The CLO was tasked with how to organize an effort to document over 1,500 T-Codes in three months for go-live training. Opus enabled the CLO’s project lead to organize almost 200 SME”s and drive the project, team, task and content management effort required to document SAP and deliver the task guidance to users inside SAP.
Because Opus is so easy to use, it allowed my team to increase their bandwidth dramatically by enabling us to use our operational experts to record their T-Code groupings while my team provided project management and quality assurance. It would not have been possible to meet the go-live requirements otherwise.
