This North American Manufacturing organization, headquartered in Dallas, Texas, supplies a variety of materials for manufacturers and distributors. The company offers a comprehensive network of service centers and inventories with an extensive product range, including acrylics and polycarbonates, graphics materials (substrates and a variety of higher end materials) and mechanical/engineering materials. The company services over 25,000 customers across North America in all segments of commercial, industrial and advertising industries.

The company was moving all of their business operations from legacy IT systems to one main Application, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1). This would initially include documenting all processes in JDE E1 in English and French for over 100 warehouses in North America. The additional requirements for the education learning platform included user friendly content creation, content distribution and consumption.
